1992年、インドのタジ/マハール宮殿を見学。展望台に登ると大勢の少年軍隊がいた。私が少し緊張した顔をしているのは「一緒に写真を」と誘うとワッアーと全員がやって来でちょっと驚いたから.。

After touring the Taj/Mahal Palace, Iclimbed up to the observation deck and saw a large army of young boys.  The reason I looked a little nervous was because when I asked them to take a picture together, everyone came at once..

.Después de recorrer el Palacio Taj/Mahal, subí a la observación y vi un gran ejército de jóvenes. La razón por la que parecía un poco nervioso fue porque cuando les pedí que se tomaran una foto juntos, todos vinieron a la vez.. 

1971年渡米以来、子供達の夏休みににしか帰国できず、32年ぶりに春に帰り見た多摩川の桜並木は忘れられない。日本に生まれたことは何という幸せ！

I was able to return to Japan in the spring for the first time since I moved to the United States in 1971, and I will never forget the excitement I felt when I saw cherry blossoms in full bloom along Tokyo's Tamagawa River. I reaffirmed that I am Japanese.

Pude regresar a Japón en primavera por primera vez desde que me mudé a los Estados Unidos en 1971, y nunca olvidaré la emoción que sentí cuando vi los cerezos en flor a lo largo del río Tamagawa de Tokio. Reafirmé que soy japonés.
